Photo shows Pennal Brynmor (Gwenllan Brynmor x Pennal Lively Maid) the George Prince of Wales winner for 2009.  Owned and bred by Dai Harris, Pennal Stud, produced for the season by George Mitchell & Clare Granger of the Dycott Stud.

Four days of juggling weather, cameras and waterproofs; keeping out of the line of vision of judges, spectators, film crews and the professional photographer as well as trying to stay out of the way of cobs and stewards too.  I only got told off once!  But whilst the rain fell at the best photo opportunity of every single class, making the photos grainy and indistinct at times,  it was worth it to see the two Brynmors go head to head in the Male D Championship.

Massive congratulations to George and Clare at Dycott for taking Dai Harris' colt all the way to the top, with Pennal Brynmor winning the:

3 year old Colt Class
Youngstock Championship
Male Championship
George Prince of Wales Perpetual Cup (Champion Section D In Hand) &
Tom and Sprightly Perpetual Cup (Champion Welsh Exhibit in Hand)
as well as numerous RWAS Rosettes and a coveted Gold Medal
