Oxspring Prince will be standing at stud this year, running out with mares.
After an exceptional year under saddle last year we have decided to retire him from the show ring.
Not only is he a fabulous cob but he also has a nature to die for - you could travel him in a trailer with a mare or other stallions, tie him up outside the trailer, turn him out with youngsters and have your children scrambling all over him and he would take it all in his stride.
He has a beautiful head and eye and fantastic bone and feet with action that lifts and covers the ground. We have also had great success with his offspring in the show and sale ring with Tireve Serena making £6,500 in the 2008 cob sales at Builth.

2005 - he became the only Welsh Cob yet to win the overall NPS Piction Championship for the novice Ridden Mountain & Moorland Pony Of The Year - in his first year out under saddle.

Oxspring Prince is a 1996 Bay Stallion with 4 white socks and a star & has been the Stud Stallion at Tireve since the mid 1990's. Spotted by Steve whilst judging at Wetherby in 1997, he was shown succesfully as a yearling & then ran with the mares until he was backed by Dani over the winter of 2004.
