Saturday 19th of September at Penparc Farm saw the Annual Ceredigion Foal Show. Immaculate venue, with weather so fine, it could almost have been held outside, but so difficult to tell in advance how nice it will turn out. Very varied class sizes, but both the D classes were very strong and no doubt both the colt and filly will be adding to their red rossette collection before very long.
Section A judge: Mrs Ann Jones, Frongoch
Champion & Reserve were the two colts.
Section B & p/bred: Mrs Jane Edwards, Sarnau
Champion B was the Rhydspence filly with Reserve going to the Sidyll colt
(only 1 p/bred forward therefore just the Awmor colt going Champion
Section C: Mr G Kingham, Maesllwch
Champion & Supreme of Show was the Brohedydd filly, with the Brohedydd colt Reserve C
Section D: Mr Jonathan Batt, Abergavenny
Champion & Reserve Supreme was the Gwenllan filly with the Haighmoor colt reserve
Supreme: Mr Dewi Jones, Tremymor
Supreme: Brohedydd Flashy Lady
Reserve: Gwenllan Brenhines Mai
